Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement for ELVAH LLCSite: elvahgroup.com | Effective Date: July 26 2025

Our Commitment

ELVAH LLC (“ELVAH,” “we,” “our”) is a Wyoming-organized company that serves clients primarily in Texas and the greater Southwest. We are dedicated to making our website usable by everyone, consistent with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA and all applicable U.S. accessibility laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and, where relevant, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Built on the Wix Platform

elvahgroup.com is hosted on Wix.com, which supplies core accessibility infrastructure such as semantic HTML5, automatic ARIA landmarks, keyboard-navigable menus, high-contrast templates, and an Accessibility Wizard that scans for and helps remediate WCAG issues. WixWix Support Center

Note: Wix continually improves its tools, but it does not guarantee that any individual site is fully compliant; the ultimate responsibility for accessibility rests with each site owner. Wix Support Center

What We’ve Done

Guideline AreaMeasures Implemented (via Wix tools or manual edits)

Perceivable− Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images
− Logical heading structure (H1–H6)
− Form labels and instructions

Operable− Full keyboard navigation & visible focus styles
− “Skip to content” links on key pages
− No time-limited interactions that cannot be extended

Understandable− Consistent navigation and icons
− Plain-language body copy
− Predictable form error messages

Robust− Wix’s semantic code foundation + custom ARIA labels for unique elements
− Tested with VoiceOver (macOS), NVDA (Windows), and keyboard-only use

Continuous Improvement

  • Automated Scans: We run the Wix Accessibility Wizard before publishing new pages and re-scan quarterly.

  • Manual Testing: Key templates are reviewed with screen readers and color-contrast analyzers.

  • Training: Internal admins receive periodic refreshers on adding alt text, using accessible color palettes, and writing meaningful link text.

Third-Party Content

Our site sometimes embeds maps, PDFs, or social-media feeds that originate on external platforms. While these are outside our full control, we strive to select vendors that prioritize accessibility or to provide an accessible alternative (e.g., downloadable plain-text files).

Feedback & Assistance

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If you encounter a barrier or need information in an alternative format, please contact us:

We aim to acknowledge all accessibility requests within 2 business days and resolve most issues within 10 business days. Complex fixes or third-party issues may take longer; we will keep you informed of our progress.

Formal Complaints

If you believe your accessibility concern has not been satisfactorily addressed, you may file a grievance with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Disability Rights Section or the appropriate state agency. We respectfully request that you first give us an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Statement Review

This Accessibility Statement is reviewed at least annually—or sooner if we launch significant new features—to ensure continued alignment with WCAG 2.1 AA and evolving legal requirements. Our next scheduled review will occur by July 2026.
